"The 1 star rating is higher than they deserve. Rob is your run of the mill conman and his employees are no better. I’ve been a State Farm client for 30+ years, never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalisim and lack of ethics as with Rob’s office. My wife and I were forced to move our policies to his office when we moved from Seattle last year. Rob assured us of a swift transition but instead it’s been a roller coaster ride from the nether regions. He managed to screw up all our policies. For the longest time we were paying inflated rates because discounts were not being applied correctly. After contacting the office multiple times about the issue, I was assured everything was fixed. Only to realize one year and counting later, that nor him, nor staff had ever fixed anything. Maybe we just had bad luck, but my gut says it’s common practice of this office to purposely overcharge customers in order to profit higher commissions. If I ever have to deal with State Farm again, I might consider using an attorney."
